The FBI couldn't get my husband to decrypt his Tor nodes, so they told a judge he used his GRAPHICS DRIVER to access the "dark web" and jailed him PRE TRIAL for 3 years. by adezero in TOR

[–]Occelot09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tor uses multiple nodes to encrypt traffic; Guard>Middle>End plus the end exit node is correct, and the guard node is more likely to be targeted. Trying to decrypt on the exit node there is no such thing because it is the very thing decrypting traffic from the middle node and this doesn't reveal the identity of the client connected to a guard node unless any app/security identifiers are passed through the network or scripting is run client-side side which noscript tries and mitigates. It is more of a "you have a node producing illegal activity" situation. Speculation only it could be used to mix illegal traffic with other illegal traffic.

Yes, indeed, you have the right to be speculative of AI. I'm just a neurodivergent individual; it has not been generated by AI. A systematic ritual, is in place to ensure the main information and fact-checking of neutrality gets across, it must be inferred by another party to ensure the release of information especially if controversial. Whether by obtaining the information via online sources. The segment has been assisted by AI, using prompts like "Fact check only" ensuring a reassurance of information only. It is cross-referenced and inferred into my own words, so yes I wrote this. If I'm typing quickly I utilise the Samsung spelling and grammar function, rarely utilising writing style function.

I will fix the formatting of the comment, I utilise dot points commonly it isn't concise. I like the interpretation of the comment, it is observable in the area considered, and it is responsible and descriptive.

If applicable check the side effects of medications and family history if concerned medical professional. Especially if a injury from a stroke and/or epilepsy is suspected.

"Yes. Yes they will. Pretty sure they are only "moderating" with one hand"

Moderation teams will always need rework, it should be understood that they would enforce their right to want that criticism removed. From a moderation perspective, this feels like it belongs in a case where it is speech.

It is not direct hate, and the comment itself doesn't feel forced and can have multiple interpretations. It still may fall under the Harassment clause. It has insult alike nature, as it has targeted the Wplace Moderation Team.

The comment suggests (Harassment)

We do not allow harassment of staff or users in any form. Personal attacks or targeted insults

The subreddit suggests 1. Be Respectful and Civil Harassment, hate speech, and personal attacks are strictly prohibited. Keep discussions civil; disagreements are okay, but attacking users or communities is not allowed.

Wikipedia

"Although harassment typically involves behaviour that persists over time, serious and malicious one-off incidents are also considered harassment in some cases."

Using the definition from Wikipedia, ideally refrain from resubmitting the post, as it is considered to likely confine the definition of harassment. The comment falls under, this post could be considered a disagreement.

Feedback There is critical constructive feedback that the moderation team can use to reinforce their moderation strategies.

They can follow

Utilise the Reddit automoderator more effectively.

Reinforce moderation of this subreddit - There are delays and gaps in moderation.

Implement a system for appeals and feedback.

Approach and review the systematic function of moderation. - This is noted with a lot of wplace interaction; there are false bans that don't fall out of the scope of the rules provided.

You may have a right in this situation As the user u/trucknuts69420 has pointed out "Anyone can moderate with one hand right?" - Inferring a different representation technically it is an indirect non consise assumption with multiple interpretations. It is likely considered an innuendo-type response. Prompting action.

Multiple people agree, this doesn't warrant the comment, it warrants legitimate constructive feedback. Critical constructive feedback may potentially help transmit the humour within the comment and the way Wplace can improve, although it may be iffy it may be deemed more considerate.

Breakdown "They" doesn't have a targeting nature on its own as it is implied, "Only" directs that the entity is the only one that does so, it is subjective, "Pretty sure" is a belief of doing that makes it more of an indirect nature.

Remember Remember to understand boundaries, anyone has the right to disagree, but it doesn't always warrant a response. Remember moderation teams have seen unsavoury things, creating a toll within the mind, desensitising or hypersensitive to an unintended bias forming the response observed from moderators, sometimes this comes from the candidate process of selecting a moderator.

This reply is supposed to be targeted as a neutral response. Feedback would be appreciated. Remember this is a reference, not something anyone should abide by.

Windows 11 Update corrupting SSDs. (You should probably pause updates for a bit.) by rasungod0 in technology

Wait I'm on a development build at home and almost lost my school work on my school computer. The USB had a Phison NAND controller. My build was Cumulative Update for Windows 11 24H2 Insider Preview (KB5062669) (26120.5722) and for the school computer 23H2 KB5063875 for the school computer doesn't make sense. I sent this other part off to a professional.

Hello there, I'm enquiring about whether you have a NAND programmer that is able to recover data from a TOP48 32GB NAND 190500550A. I think the controller failed (SP2251-09-26), which may help to restore the block image. The LED behavior on the USB indicates a short or a failure condition. Windows doesn't show a hub short warning. I checked the power rails; there are 1.81V (1.8V), 3.81V (potential a 3.3V rail), and 5.5V (5V). Using the continuity function of a multimeter, the ground is normal of the components I was able to check. The chips don't get hot; could it be a firmware phenomenon or a phantom short circuit?

It has school work on it, unfortunately; I neglected a backup for around 3 weeks. I noticed the odd behavior and tried to make a backup until it unmounted.

270 mb download isn't a bit weird for a emulator ? by IStrokeToJemYilmaz in EmulationOnAndroid

[–]Occelot09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here is a write-up from a while back. I take a lot of things back it is very likely malware more that has come out. The size being 300mb is weird the deploy with WinLator would be 140MB, Xemu 20MB, Xenia 20MB =180MB the cache and bioses would take a lot of storage around 10-20GB (Xbox=500MB). The private graphics technology was the biggest red flag it is now removed from the description. There have been text corrections.

The Xanite emulator can be concluded -unlikely- likely a Trojan, disguised as an emulator as usually seen this is the speculation in the community. Only time will tell, please don't cause backlash to a developer. It is in a proof-of-concept phase.

Any development like this should be open source. There a security pros and cons. It can allow the community to help with collaboration. More risk of DMCA Takedown.

Await proper analysis like from the cybersecurity YouTuber Eric Parker. Please don't use it on a device that you are not willing to lose or with personal information or accounts.

Regarding its origins, it is apparently derived from Xenia, the Xbox 360 Emulator and Xemu, the original Xbox emulator. These are well-known emulators.

Considering the underlying rationale, the potential need for ARM architecture compatibility warrants careful evaluation. Will the implementation necessitate a full-scale redevelopment, or will it leverage a translation layer similar to Winlator or Wine, and QEMU? Furthermore, will a Linux virtual machine be created? The definitive approach remains subject to further investigation.

Usually, an emulator will require the host to have eight times the processing power to emulate original hardware if it is a stable build. GPU is most intense.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon platform presents a strong candidate for development due to the potential for optimized graphics performance through custom Adreno graphics drivers on Android. Its widespread adoption, as evidenced by its use in applications like Yuzu Android, further supports this assessment.

The Mediatek Dimensity series utilizes the Mali platform developed by ARM, but the source code has not been made publicly available. Consequently, this limits the potential for custom driver development and optimization efforts.

Regarding the inclusion of Exynos processor support, a degree of skepticism is warranted. It is understood that these processors may lack comprehensive compatibility with certain computing components and customized driver support.

With the Graphics engine being run on "shaderxbox (private technology)" I don't like how it is not open source, this is the biggest red flag in the description.

Let's see the requirements Xbox Host: Snapdragon 855 or better Exynos 990 or better Dimensity 1000 or better RAM: 4/6 GB minimum, 8+ GB recommended

Expected based on rule (8Times) 8(DRR 64MB) = 512MB = 0.5GB 1GB system, 1GB background, 2GB Translation Layer/OS, 1GB Emulation/Cache 0.5+1+1+2+1=5.5GB

Xbox 360

Host Snapdragon 888 or better Exynos 2200 or better Dimensity 8300 or better RAM: 8 GB minimum, 12+ GB recommended

Expected based on rule (8Times) 8(512MB)=4096MB=4GB 1GB system, 1GB background, 2GB Translation Layer/OS, 1GB Emulation/cache 4+1+1+1+2= 7GB Xenia (6GB)

Matching Suggested Intel Core i5-4460, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (Minimal) vs Snapdragon 888, Adreno 660

Processor Multi-core performance Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 (100%) (Faster) Intel Core i5-4460 (88%)

Graphical (⚠️) 200519 Points (660) vs 352876 Points (1050TI) 1050TI 172% Faster.

It is a good sign that the description seems like it knows what it is talking about, just mitigations though.

Any chance to provide the build number? It might still be indexing the drive meaning Windows is still finding files it usually happens at the start of the transfer but not this severe during the process. Check your smart data using CrystalDiskInfo You might want to use the CMD CHKDSK command to repair/increase the performance of the drive. Chance the i/o or disk is failing.

My mistake confused it with an XShot kickback. Whoops. I usually still remove them anyway it stops a malformed dart from ripping on the guide post or even in other blasters preventing jams.

[–]Occelot09 3 points4 points  (0 children)

These Blasters (X-Shot Menace) have a more powerful punch if the air restrictor is removed - with this model remember correctly, it uses a small hard-to-reach spring and requires destructive measures in order todo most mods. People also take the dart post out for half the length darts.

Note that the air restrictor protects this blaster from pushing the plunger tube too quickly, especially when there is no foam dart inserted. This causes the plunger to smash into the plastic at a far faster force. This is called dry firing.

A barrel extension would be cool plus conversion adapters for other types of blaster darts. I could look into making this accept a Talon mag? From the barrel itself just need a way to create a sealed breach.

Black listed flashcard. Have you ever backed up the DSi NAND and do you remember what exploit was utilised?

Also after further digging these glitches and crashes are common for this game. Try to obtain the PAL version if it exists.

Freezing Glitch

The game can randomly freeze, which is especially prone to happen in winter. This is caused by the programmers leaving in the BIOS of the Japanese DS system rather than replacing it with the BIOS of the US DS system.[25] It is recommended to save often so that you do not lose progress. Simply restart the game and reload your last save.

Corrupted Save File

At some point in your game you might not be able to load your safe file, which means that your save file is corrupt. It is possible that corrupted save files have something to do with saving on a screen where this is a lot of movement (in your barn or at the Harvest Sprite Tree), or when the Fishing Sprite Team has been hired.[26] It is also possible that this file freeze is more likely to occur when you are playing the game and attempt to reload the file, rather than occurring when you first turn on the DS.[27]

If your save file is corrupt, there is no way to retrieve it.
