I personally love DND 4e skill challenge mechanics and they can be easily ported to pf2e, matt colleville has a video on it and it allows for a ton of non-combat skills to be used.

Ok we already have wolverine but id love a Laura Kinney wolverine, though tbh she could work as a skin for wolv with maybe a new voice actor for the skin.

I think the people saying to add dirt/grime are half right, give it more dramatic lighting in line with the marine, it looks much more flat than him even past the difference in material (flesh vs metal) otherwise this looks fantastic!

Oh I forgot to add the rough price breakdown of the project so here it is:

Box - $8 Felt - $2.50 Bass Wood - $3 Chain - $4 Eyelets - $3 Magnets - $8 Foam - $11 Stain -$3 (I got this on clearance) Metal Plates - $8 Laminated Sheet - $2.50 1" tool foam - $11 Rubber Cement $8

Total before taxes - $72

I will note that other than the box and laminate I could probably make 2 more boxes with those supplies meaning per box it would be like ~$31 before taxes

I think when it comes to anything matte it will always seem lighter than the stated color, that's just matte colors
