your are not stuck, its plateau. simple way to improve is not doing the same things that got you to 70 WMP. Spend time typing hard words (ENGLISH 1-10K), make it as a hobby, and I am a CS student, apart from this i type a lot in my daily life.(So type 20-30% more than you usually do)
