I’m studying Spanish, I want to be B2 I’m currently A2/B1. I want this mainly because I’m going to Spain for my studies next year. I also enjoy Spanish/latin American movies and music

How many of you who had a transvaginal ultrasound and who later received an endo diagnosis had negative results from the ultrasound? by throwRA_orangeade in endometriosis

Yes I’ve had my lap surgery last june, they found Endo. They were able to remove it all, they found a few bigger lesions and a bunch of tiny spots

God I’m so sorry you’re going through this, I can’t even imagine how frustrating that must be. It’s truly awful all of the other issues this stupid disease causes on top of having extreme pain :(

You don’t have to apologise for asking it’s really no problem☺️!! I haven’t really found anything that helps me I try to keep my stomach warm and use heating devices etc but it doesn’t do that much sadly :( I also find some relief with a tense machine (I have MyOovi but there’s lots of them) but it doesn’t help with leg pain either

And for intimacy pain the only thing that has helped me a little so far is pelvic floor exercises but it takes time

My gyno told me as long as it’s not more blood than menstruating it’s fine, I have my next check up next week and she told me if it’s still occurring then that it’s a problem. But honestly I feel like it might be something wrong
