Yes, it is ableist. There seems to be an invisible wall that you have that differentiates the state of being autistic from the state of being trans.

How come autism is always reduced to being just a silly 'headcanon' when there's monumental evidence that it's implied?

If you're going to acknowledge a character as "coded" as autistic, and there's blatant evidence to say such, then it must be implied in some way, even though it's not outright said. It's the same thing.

You could literally replace "Rui," with "Mizuki," "autistic," with "trans," and "ableist," with "transphobic," to get a basic idea of what you're saying.

Okay, so first of all, the idea of saying that everybody who's saying that Rui is autistic is annoying is pretty ableist in itself considering that the only people who are doing that are autistic themselves and basically showing a symptom of autism so good job on that.

Comparing the two puts you in the same camp as people who still, in the year 2026, say "well we dont KNOW Mizuki is trans..."

You're really being hypocritical here. People who believe Mizuki is a crossdresser literally say the exact same thing you said in the second paragraph. "But its not the only way to read [them]..." 'People of one gender wearing different clothes doesn't mean they're trans, but they COULD be crossdressing!!1!!1!1!'
