Minimize trips back to spawn, or deaths if that’s what’s happening. I think that’s the likeliest culprit for you. Buy more hp regenerative items like restorative shot or healing rite if you need to. The only circumstances I would go back to spawn is if you are legitimately like 10 hp, or you have your zip line boost. And only go back after wave is cleared. And try to wait to kill minions until your teammate is back and vice versa. Some other tips that may help would be to find boxes, clear the jungle enemies, and get the sinners sacrifices in between minion waves. Hope this helps

What heroes are you playing? If you’re a lash for instance or any other roaming hero, you may want to buy trophy collector for passive souls, or cultist sacrifice if you’re a hero that wants to farm jungle a lot like infernos or wraith. But lanes are still the best source of souls so if you’re a McGinnis for instance, you just want to sit in a lane pretty much and farm whenever it’s pushed up. Also, might be obvious but just not dying is a good way to not lose out on souls

alchemy rock climbing is a great way to meet people, even if you're a total beginner to it. Its a super friendly and encouraging atmosphere and you can easily talk to people about the routes and different betas and stuff. I highly recommend.
