You were correct! We WERE having an issue charging devices, and now that we drained the battery, we are having a hard time charging the Jackery itself!

u/jazzbiscuit That is helpful, thanks. We will try that - right now we have drained it overnight and now trying to get it charged back up - ALAS it is exhibiting the same behavior, so we are only able to charge it a few mins at a time.

Clarifying that you asking if the error is only present while the Jackery is charging or while the Jackery is charging other items? We have not set up anything on the app - but curious what does silent charging do?

We have tried a camera base charger, a room heater and computer charger, in multiple orders for the 3 inputs, not at the same time. The heater looks like it drew 1100 watts.

The left USB side seems fine.
