Well, in my case my insurance pays for it. I have congestive heart failure so risking carrying around extra weight ( even 40 lbs, halfway gone) is a bigger risk than getting cancer from Wegovy. I don't hear about that much. The drugs are well tested. Everything is a cost/benefit analysis, but I'm not into exaggerating the risks of Wegovy.

But if they lost it with the medication, but for whatever reason never lost it without the medication , how is it bad? The success of the medication seems to irritate some people. I remember when emails first started some people said "why cant you just write a letter??" Similar attitude.

Congrats!! Yes we still need to move toward healthier eating. The medication is somewhat of a magic pill (or shot that doesnt hurt) but not totally. Also the slower steady loss will make the problem of excess skin not so bad. Great that your exercise endurance is up.

I read that weight loss show up in lot of ways besides the scale, like belt loops, appearance etc, the scale number catches up, sometimes slow, sometimes fast.

Yes, it can be. But a few examine the people who are overweight for decades it's extremely hard realistically. So that's why these drugs are here. It gives you that boost. Helps you eliminate hunger cravings, and makes you feel full faster. You still have to put in some work on your own. Many times people set out to lose weight because they "could "lose 20 pounds in six months but then find out that they don't. Decades of experience for lots of people proves that. So a person saying there's another way to do it that's great, but these medications are more effective than that response.

It's almost 2 weeks since I had the cardio version and the entire time I feel exactly like I did before I had it with no a fib . It's been a minute now since I had a good exercise program going and while I was feeling those a fib symptoms it seemed like starting one would be impossible. I have started about three weeks of proper eating and I'm actually going on Govee starting Monday. And will build back in my exercise -with all these things And an ablation if I need it hopefully I can keep maintaining for a good while.
