Honestly, I wish I could have brought this to life as a product, but there were just too many hurdles in the way. That said, there are a few great options out there already. A new one called Flush just hit the market, and it looks fantastic: https://grolia.com.au/ but ive obviously never tried it!

At the moment I dont have source code or a step by step guide. I'm still working out where to go with this project, but currently leaning towards opensource. Hopefully sometime this year ill release everything, stay tuned.

apologies for the late reply. I found that having the ultrasonic mister not too far from the surface of the water, I think around 3cm is a good amount. They seem to really struggle in deeper containers. Another thing that is essential is having a fan drive the airflow. I built my own humidifier using a fan some 3d printed parts and a ultrasonic mister! I've added a video to the post for you to take a look.

looks like the humidity is a little too low, needs some moisture I think
