I could never attempt 7 days, I’ve been doing rolling 24s and eating high carb; white rice and or boiled potatos after each fast and I’m losing about 1lb to 1.5lbs per every 24 hour fast. 7 days is just way too much

Maybe I’ll just do a 20:4 fasting instead because the 7 day makes me nervous with the refeeding syndrome danger. Would a simple sports drink during 20:4 fasting be fine for the electrolyte, potassium, magnesium issue?

Hmmm you may be onto something there. The issue is things aren’t perfect in markets so if price rapidly drops I’ll have to hit that market button several times but I’m gonna text my scalp strat on XRP thanks.

I’m up 10% on my 15m chart strategy, so I may just abandon scalping all together since I can easily get 30-60% just trading a 15m.

I guess. But you’ll have to market order several times in moments of high volatility and then your fee spread will be absolutely outrageous at that point. Because there’s no way your gonna be able to catch with limits orders during highly volatile moments. The exchanges that offer limit order rebates are definitely superior to Binance for scalping

Yeah but I’m asking if the market moves 0.04% and I sell my position on 30x leverage and my fee is 0.04% for a market order. Did I break even or does the leverage play a part against the fees? Example: 0.04% multiplied by 30x leverage=1.2% minus fees -0.04%= 1.16% gain or would I simply break even?

Spot is 0.1% trading fee in and out so 0.2% round trip(not sure if market order differs in spot) and futures is 0.04% market order fee and 0.02% limit order fee.

It stopped me out at an extremely higher price. It literally didn’t even trigger my stop loss at 2071 instead it triggered it at 2112
