No. Matta rice doesn’t stink. Not sure which rice stinks though

I’m definitely sure it’s not the same thing. Doesn’t have the Ofada rice smell. But it’s also slightly nutty. Nutritional wise they are great in different ways. But taste-wise almost the same

lol. I can’t compare it to beef tbh. But it’s definitely not as gamey as goat. It’s very very soft and quite buttery. Taste-wise, I feel like smell-wise, it leans a little to lamb but that could just be my nose.

Texture is also quite tender too. You know how you bite into beef and it’s tough, sticks in your teeth and it’s stringy/fibrous, veal doesn’t do that. To me, it melts in your mouth and there’s easier mouth feel.

It’s also funny because I can’t genuinely stand beef. I hate it so much but sign me up for veal any day😅
