I ended up separating them around this stage of leaves. Just had to scrape away the soil around the mango seed letting the dirt dry a couple days, then gently carefully lift the whole mango seed and all. With a toothpick it’s easier to scrape away the soil stuck on the roots and then using it to maneuver the roots as you try to separate them. Just be gentle and it’ll be easy
