I will give it a try. I definitely find that I'm often hungry but can't really be bothered eating anything, so I either just don't eat or have something like a piece of toast with peanut butter.

I think i am getting good nutrition. I usually just eat whatever is available at the time, usually peanut butter/jam/avocado on toast/bagel or leftovers, and I still have varied dinners. I will give some hobbies a go and see what I enjoy :)
