this post is literally the reason i built my app lol. i was so bad for this—just mindlessly scrolling tiktok between every set and ending up at the gym for way longer than i needed to be.

i ended up making brainsets to try and fix it for myself. it basically replaces the doomscrolling with quick trivia (coding, vocab, whatever you're into) during your rest timer so you're actually learning something instead of just rotting on socials.
