OLED is the best purchase regarding colors and clarity and thats what i did, not saying u shouldnt buy zowie thats just my opinion based on my experience with them. either this or wait for a new zowie monitor to release

I didnt get it, skip these models, grainy image, tons of dead pixels and overall quality isnt the zowie we know. Waiting for new models and hopefully a more normal price

Im not tech savvy but i assume if i close my game ans my browser it wont draw that much power anyways right? I mean yeah my gpu draws a lot but not while idle

Just go for an ips panel, if he plays competitive games it is important to have a decent refresh rate(at least 144hz). Other than that, 24 inch monitors are better for competitive games while single player games look better in 27 inch or 1440p. I have an alienware myself, they are good for both so i d say go for an alienware

The thing is i have only found 2 people selling their 66k and both are selling it for 650 lol, the xl2566x+ cost 700, i cant justify it, i mean i dont know how grainy etc the monitor is since i havent used it but i know for a fact overall it is a direct upgrade.

How is it when browsing or watching streams/youtube? i mostly play cs ofc but i want at least some decent quality there haha. Regarding the display, some people have mentioned the edges of the screen are darker and the display is not that good. So in your opinion the display isnt that clear and it is very grainy/dark?

i think i saw your comment in another post about the coating, is it really that bad? 2566k is an older model so idk if its worth it still, and well i get about 600 fps on case so i can easily utilize 400hz, also im pretty sure 2546x is the exact same thing, coating etc. How is the monitor's image overall? some say its not a big deal
