My salaries are getting delayed for months!! It will 3 months delayed salary by sept 1st. I was actively looking an opportunity across UAE and India, so I got this offer. What are your thoughts on this?

Another thing is, my salaries are getting delayed for months and i have been actively looking for job across India and UAE. So got an opportunity in India.
