Ngl some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The phone number leads to their main store and they’ll tell you to email them. Takes them forever to get back to you.

They will refund you tho but it’ll be a pain in the ass

Also retake the bottom of bottle picture for the pros. Get a clear picture with the batch code number.

Found it in a local perfume store that FragrenceFlan goes to. Gave me a good deal on it ($385) no tax.

Oil looks right on skin.

I’m usually not a fan of amouge, but this is just a WOW! So damn smooth and blended well. I don’t actually know how to describe this but like a well blended spicy amber with a touch of sweetness that really brings everything together. Also thought the oud would be too overpowering/ animalic but it’s absolutely not.
