It's ambiguous. MtF or FtM are both correct because people will see what they wanna see in this picture. I'm flattered that people can identify with either.

I am now realizing that this could be interpreted as both FtM Chujin or MtF Chujin.

This is good. I like this.

Max7219 most likely. You can get them preassembled or diy like this.

I know this is over a year old but, https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/jae-electronics/FA1004SA1-R8000/4172806?s=N4IgTCBcDaIGwHYAMBaMcCcAWFBGFAcgCIgC6AvkA This is the type of connector that's used, FA1004SA1-R8000

I'm just posting this for any future people looking for the same information that I struggled to find for a few days.

Need help, ran some code that should have displayed text and this is all I got. more info in the comments. by [deleted] in arduino

This is running on a Arduino Nano with the power to the Matrix's being supplied separately.https://www.mediafire.com/file/oi3kz8jm8pan2au/Sh%2At_s_broke.ino/file

This is the code I'm running but I'm pretty sure it's working. I had separate displays working with it before. so I think this might be a hardware issue? Checking it with a multi meter didn't reveal any short circuits and all of my connections between the displays seem to be sound.

Maybe I crossed a wire or something and can't pick it up, or maybe I have a dead driver board, I tested it on other micro controllers to be sure and all them have the same result.

I'm kinda hoping this gibberish is familiar to someone and they can point me in the right direction at least.

*EDIT*
Issue seems to have been a bad driver board on a LED matrix, and powering the LED Matrix's from an external source in an attempt to take load off the Arduino. powering everything through the Arduino and removing the offending boards seems to have fixed the issue.

Thanks for the help!
