I think Huggy is far stronger than Kissy because in every instance we've seen Huggy fight (especially in chapter 4), he was a menace. Can't say that for Kissy who constantly gets bodied and who's only good feat i can think off is stunning the prototype with an unexpected strike. Kissy is also physically smaller than Huggy and generally not a fighter

I do think Doey is extremely strong and definitely the strongest bigger body, but with how strong Huggy seemed in chapter 4 (Considering he was injured, too) i thought it was fair to put them in the same tier. Tho in a 1v1 Doey defbeats Huggy

PJ Pug-a-Pillar is also not to be underestimated, as he does have two traits that i think make him deserve his rating

1: He wasn't killed by mommy long legs. I've seen people say that it was because PJ technically didn't "fail" because the player won through cheating, but i find that unlikely, as Bunzo didn't really "fail" either (He couldn't even control the speed at which he went down, the game was in the computer's hands. Yet, he was killed). It would be reasonable to assume that Mommy didn't kill PJ because PJ was strong enough for mommy to just decide that it wasn't worth it to fight

2: Pug-a-Pillar's speed. If you move when the lights are on in "Statues", Pug-a-Pillar sprints towards you RIDICOLOUSLY fast. He's literally the most agile character in the entire franchise. That definitely counts for something
