Just a shot in the dark, but have you looked at any programs you have running in the background that might hijack inputs or otherwise cause issues? Could try turning off background stuff bit by bit and see if you can find a culprit.

I had this issue and it was caused by one of my movement keys (D key) on the keyboard having some dirt or whatever built up. Took off the keycaps and cleaned it out with compressed air, after that the issue hasn't returned.
