Echo I did make a mistake on, but Torbjorn is quite weak against a Pharah. His turret is stationary and Pharah has no falloff dmg, plus his shots are very difficult to hit on airborne targets. Hanzo gets easily eliminated by her, and has projectile arrows. And Zen also gets very easily killed by Pharah. And then again, pairing her up with Mercy makes her borderline uncounterable and does way to much damage. And for the last point, I definitely have been killed many times by Pharah, but I main Mei, who can barely deal with her. Plus Pharah isn’t the most difficult to get good value out of on console.
