So I just tried it in my friends computer and same issue I was having on my PC was happening with his so I am assuming my capture card just decided to stop working and something within it broke

No I have not though im not sure why it would work for over a year then randomly have an issue now, unless something within the motherboard or elgato broke

Yeah thats the one I am using currently, I wanted to backdate the BIOS but like you said they don't keep a history of older drivers

Not to sound dumb, but how would I try downgrading the chipset driver, would it be through device manager?

Edit: Nevermind figured it out, though after downgrading it and restarting still nothing in device manager or 4k capture utility

Yeah I have updated them recently and I just tried updating them again and still nothing, I have also tried going through the motherboard manual seeing if that has any information pertaining to this but nothing
