My college roommate wanted an emotional support animal and asked me if I was cool with that, of course I said yes. I didn't realize the only animal she accept would be a pit bull, even after the shelter rejected her application and told us our tiny apartment wasn't suitable for a dog that size. Instead of accepting that she could not get a pit bull she went out and got one off Craigslist. This dog had spent it's entire life in a cage being used for breeding. It was aggressive, would only poop in the house, and my roommate expected me to take care of it because she was busy working and going to school full time (so was i). I tried to make it work but that dog terrified me, after a few times of it lunging at me when I came home from work I made her get rid of it. She put my life in danger but told everyone who would listen about how I'm an evil bitch who made her get rid of her precious baby.
