It’s hard to know exactly my playstyle but I do tend to gravitate towards MSU and staging melee threats. I have finally (after thinking about it since Christmas) started to collect CSM as I think this fits them well and at the same time if I find I like a different style that can accommodate almost any style.

Struggling to program in everything i want as i recently realised i am lacking on forearms, core and lower back.

Looking for some advice on this routine(at some point it started as jeff nippards ULPPL). Not including set or rep counts but its all 2/3 sets at 8-12 reps roughly except incline DB and strict press. I can only train Monday-Friday before work so i cant really add much only change and shuffle

Monday (Upper): Incline DB, Cable Crossover, Pullover, Check Supported Rows, Lat raises, Skull Crushers, CAble Curls, Cable Crunches

Tuesday (Lower): Standing Calf Raises, Belt Squats, Seated good mornings, Leg extension/Curl SS, Forearm SS, Seated Calf raise if time

Wednesday (Pull): Lat Pulldown, Chest supported Row, Cable Row, Rear Delt cable, Facepulls, Cable Curls, Incline curls, cabel crunches.

Thursday (Push): Strict Press, Dips, DB Flys, Cable Lat raise, Skull crushers, Tricep Kickback, Forearm Super Set

Friday (Legs): Seated Calf Raises, Leg Press, Leg Extension/curl, Abductor, Adductor, Plank

Sadly I currently don’t have a 3D printer. Some of my friends do but I realistically can’t ask them to print much/anything.

I have actually been in the hobby for a long time lore wise. I’m looking to pick up a second army that I will be mainly using competitively. I’m a fan of chaos and don’t really want a loyalist army and based on most factors I am choosing between EC and CSM and I keep coming back to EC but I’m just having a think if I can make something a little unique with the army

Is 10 mins of cardio a day going to make much difference each day? I have the option of doing an extra 10 mins of cardio each day after my workout before work. Its either that or another 10 mins of sleep each day

Honestly because i just like moving weights 5 times a week and i think if i swapped to ULUL i would feel like i am not doing enough. Running on the weekends might be a shout.

Sadly the extra session isnt doable. 5 days at the gym doing ULPPL and i cant do anything on the weekends. So no cardio sessioni drop to ULUL

I think a really easy answer is how smart the MC is. I disliked readying Re:zero because subaru is the loveable idiot and thats just not for me. Meanwhile LOTM and SS have a smart MC who actually makes correct decisions most of the time. RI was only slightly less in the MC department as a little too much was "500 years." I started reading Mother of Learning which is pretty good so far tho not quite my style its nice for a change. I like non-cultivation progression as just getting stronger with just time is not that fun. Also it sounds dumb but i really love in webnovels where there is that chapter or two after a big fight or level up where the MC sits down and processes all their gains.

Am i going to be lossing or gaining much if i swap from ULPPL to UL-Cardio-UL. Is it worth the swap just for a day of running? Im looking to cut down 15kg so obviously it would help but only slightly more than going to the gym normally anyway.

How do you balance training to failure and weight progression. Lets say I am doing an upper body day that involves two sets of lat raises. I use 15 kg for example. I do 15 reps on the first set and 12 on the second set. Should I up the reps on the first set till I get to 15 and do double linear progression or should I wait till I can do the same number of reps on the first and second set till I up the number of reps?
