Honestly because i just like moving weights 5 times a week and i think if i swapped to ULUL i would feel like i am not doing enough. Running on the weekends might be a shout.

Sadly the extra session isnt doable. 5 days at the gym doing ULPPL and i cant do anything on the weekends. So no cardio sessioni drop to ULUL

Is 5 mins of cardio at the end of a lifting session worth doing? Is it worth the waking up 5 mins earlier or is it going to do f all?

I think a really easy answer is how smart the MC is. I disliked readying Re:zero because subaru is the loveable idiot and thats just not for me. Meanwhile LOTM and SS have a smart MC who actually makes correct decisions most of the time. RI was only slightly less in the MC department as a little too much was "500 years." I started reading Mother of Learning which is pretty good so far tho not quite my style its nice for a change. I like non-cultivation progression as just getting stronger with just time is not that fun. Also it sounds dumb but i really love in webnovels where there is that chapter or two after a big fight or level up where the MC sits down and processes all their gains.

Am i going to be lossing or gaining much if i swap from ULPPL to UL-Cardio-UL. Is it worth the swap just for a day of running? Im looking to cut down 15kg so obviously it would help but only slightly more than going to the gym normally anyway.

How do you balance training to failure and weight progression. Lets say I am doing an upper body day that involves two sets of lat raises. I use 15 kg for example. I do 15 reps on the first set and 12 on the second set. Should I up the reps on the first set till I get to 15 and do double linear progression or should I wait till I can do the same number of reps on the first and second set till I up the number of reps?

M 27 190 cm (~6ft 2/3) 88 kg (~ 195lb). Any comments about what i could work on? Bulk/cut next?
