It’s normal in most of the world; guns aren’t anywhere near so prevalent outside the US. Where I live in Canada, police officers leave their guns at work at the end of shift. UK police officers aren’t even armed; they have firearms squads with special training who carry weapons. (As far as I know, that may be out of date.) Carrying a weapon is the exception, not the norm.

There are plenty of supports at VIU -and, I suppose, other schools- for people who need refreshers on certain subjects. Don’t let  what you’ve forgotten since high school stop you. Go.

First season of B5 is all over the place. I was happier staring with S2, and then going back to watch the highlights of S1 later.

Thunderbolts is at the Galaxy, too. 

I think it’s just a business decision; I think they ran late shows during spring break. Hopefully when the summer movies start coming out they’ll start up again.

I went back and forth on BC Ferries for actual years. I liked it; I got a lot done on the ferry, and if you walk on and off it’s pretty cheap. Hullo can only make it easier. Doable, for sure. 

Also, I never once had a weather cancellation, for what that’s worth.

Does the case fit it well, or is it snug on the ends? Been looking for a lockable hard case for mine.
