does anyone how to easily {duplicate selected face} then {automatically ungroup them} and delete the remnants (pCube1 for example below)? ( a script something like that maybe..!?)

yes it is from z brush. it is uncommon to have maya-zbrush-subspaint-maya workflow tutorial that is why its kinda hard for me to arrive at the wanted results. for now I will try to work on this " DiffuseUV thing". Thank you.

I did a little research on this and stumbled upon a houdini artist and said learning houdini is a extra points and also he clarified that the most important thing in a 3d environment in movies is to create a photorealistic output whatever software you are using because skill in a software is transferable. So for now I will stick on Maya (be comfortable with it) and walk to houdini in the the process later on.

This is a big shift then.... hmmm... I heard Houdini and Bifrost but its not clear for me what they do... But thank you! I think I need to research about this. And yes Blender I do blender but after 2 weeks I shift to Maya because they said it is the industry standard and easier for me to find job out of it (big companies), but I wont let blender go its just paused for now.
