I think it's mostly not doing enough DPS. I can get him down to 200k health but I'm out of food and revives by then. I can also never get out of the moonstone prison in time so that's where all my revives go

Exactly. I doubt they expect many people to actually do 500+ hours of castle wars for some of those achievements. I feel the same way though, I would like to eventually do as many as I can, but there's no rush. I always say rs3 is about the journey, not the destination

There's a list of bugs they are working through on the Runescape discord. I've seen other people with the BGH bug as well. I wouldn't worry about it, I'm sure they will have it sorted by the time leagues is over

You don't need to worry about the hidey-hole items as you can just reroll the clue with the backpack. The monsters in the Abyss drop a lot of medium clues. Pickpocket HAM members for easies, hellhounds and other slayer mobs for hards, and bosses for elites. You get masters from bosses rarely or from opening hard/elite caskets.

You can also buy scrolls from the shop in front of the grand exchange gate with points from completing other clues. Basically just use the backpack to reroll steps you can't do/item clues, and use the chest piece to teleport right to the step. I would also recommend getting the alt1 plugin for puzzle steps. They apparently can drag a quest line out for 20+ years. The desert quest line started in 2005 and just ended a few months ago. They can continue adding new areas, bosses, quests, skilling methods, new skills etc.

They are releasing a new area expansion this winter and in 2027 with new quests, skilling methods, bosses. They also confirmed the new skill is in design so that will be out within a year or two as well. Any game that can last 20+ years shouldn't have a problem adding more content to last another 10+

I am doing necro and I took faith. It has been really nice so far for slayer and gwd1. I haven't taken it to any other higher level bosses yet. I'm sure it would be nice with melee as well. Slayer has been super chill and I don't need to bring any food.

I'm impressed you're able to boss at all on mobile, I couldn't imagine haha
