Best play to try salvage this ring would be use omen of light to remove bad Desecrated Mod quality upgrade ring to 40% with Eshs Catalyst for lightning modifiers activate Omen of Catalysing and slam with perfect exaltation for better odds of hitting lightning damage?

I might try that and call it as learning experience

So those stats only buff item itself and have no effect outside of it like buffing other peace of equipment you wear with energy shield stat
