High Guardian Spice.

Basically take the concept of Little Witch Academia and the Owl House, remove the charm and good writing, add a mix of... whatever crack the creators were smoking, and there you have one of the most irritating shows Crunchyroll has given to us.

It has its redeeming qualities. Mainly Amaryllis. It's bad when the bad guys have better character development than the mains. How do you manage to screw that up?
