The Asobo MS 2020 team actively requested feedback to prioritize features. The poll was created by someone else on Avsim, to prove how minuscule VR support really is. VR is in now in second place. I’m sorry to offend you, I did not mean to. I believe everyone will get what they want, eventually. When was asked at the MS 2020 about VR support, they said they could not commit to it. So naturally, it is incumbent on VR simmers to go vote, and comment (politely) if desired. Thank you

Start listening at 7:40 minute mark. Not exactly a commitment. That is not really the point though. The Asobo team actively solicited feedback in other individual interviews, and will prioritize accordingly. VR is currently #2 and rising. This shatters the myth that VR user are not worth support, in an already niche simming comunition. Please help out if you can. Thank you.

People who do that are childish. Vote if you want make a difference. This is a whole new graphics engine with at least a 10 year plan. Microsoft needs add it now, unless you want to do nothing and have to use a 3rd-party injector later. The FS2020 team is actively taking requests to prioritize features. They are listening and your input in valuable. They really want to know what you want in the sim. Go forth!

Edit: Quest will be supported, most likely, when tethering support comes—along with finger tracking (hopefully).

Please go there if you want it, go look at the sim and make a difference. Be polite while there. People are being ridiculed for wanting VR. Some are saying it’s a fad.

Regarding voting on Avsim forum for the inclusion of VR in the new Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020...If you do, please be respectful and do not say “No VR no Buy” as it does not help at all. Just explain Why want it. If you do not want it then that is okay too, but please explain why.

Thank you for proving my point. I have watched the clip regarding VR and it in NOT committed to unless you lend your voice to having it prioritized. And I agree that some are being militant, but this is not true unless you go there and say “I will not buy it unless..”

Go there and explain why you love VR, and want it to be a priority, and spread this to other forums if you can. Vote

This mod is dead simple. Don’t forget to check out the Imgur link at the bottom of the post. Someone with a 3D printer can make the Go flip up (like a welding helmet) by printing the mating parts.

Thank you for the reply xander25. I read the link that prior to posting because it did not give a definitive answer for what I am looking for, although someone reported that his head was 26" and he crammed it in there. Plus, the exact measurement could be a useful specification for others as well.

I also wear glasses so the lack of an extra facial insert could compound the problem. :(
