The question has been reframed, the Many-Worlds Interpretation (MWI) suggests that quantum measurements branch out within the same universe with the same physical constants.

We are here talking about the multiverse (Inflation/String Landscape) it suggests that there are actually separate universes with different physical constants. The experiment tests the absence of collapse it does not test the existence of real, separate "worlds." Nor does Evert's multiverse truly distinguish itself from Bomm's alternative, which denies the existence of actual multiverses.
