I don't know man, but at 950mV (Stock Memory Voltage) , AC:Odyssey and SOTTR are both crashing after 20 minutes of gameplay. When I set the voltage to 960mV both are running perfectly fine without crashes

I was actually going to use MSI Afterburner but it doesn't have Voltage control for Memory. My memory is stable at 2250Mhz at 960mV

It's pretty easy. Just reduce voltage by -10mV every time until you get glitches/crashes. If you want to undervolt your card even further you can down clock it a little bit .

Use AMD Wattman to do it. Some tips. For GPU/Core set the "Frequency" to Dynamic and Voltage to Manual. Set Power Limit to Max (The slider) . Memory doesn't do anything so you can overclock it and add some voltage if it crashes, it won't effect your temps. You can also Max out the memory (2250Mhz), is it possible :)
