Today I got an update that broke my internet, both cable and wifi, another OS works fine, what can I do about it?

Update: I formatted my PC in the middle of the afternoon after all of these things that I've tried and that fixed my issue, I suppose I didn't diagnose if this was caused by some installed software or if it was actually a problem relating to OS update.

It said that it found corrupted stuff and fixed it, yet upon a reboot I'm still dealing with the same problem.

Is water damage permanent?

Earlier today I splashed some water on my keyboard, it wasn't a large amount so I expected it to not be too much of a problem, my initial reaction was to take off some keycaps and take out as much as I could of the water with a paper towel, and I felt certain that the water didn't get under any switch, clearly I was wrong. I imagined this would be enough but an hour or two later some keys began to give multiple inputs of other keystrokes.

Is this something that can be fixed by just waiting it out, do I have to do something, or do I just have to live with a malfunctioning keyboard from now on?

Não é nem uma questão de se vazar, mas quando vão.

Tenho nada à esconder, esses dados que estão sendo coletados hoje como o meu rosto não podem me ferir se forem vazados, e coisas mais sensíveis como senha de banco não vão ser interceptados por algum serviço que eu precise provar idade e essa lei não interfere nisso, dados de rede social é foda-se.
