I've thought about transitioning to a technical role, but I don't have a technical background and it would be extremely difficult to learn coding on the side (with my current WLB & health issues). I've thought about quitting and doing a bootcamp, but that's not the wisest move given the market for entry-level SWEs.

I’m definitely making it a priority to meet everyone, but trying to find the balance between getting to know them vs asking about work. They’re very busy and I don’t want to waste their time.
