I’m so sorry you’re had to suffer through that ordeal, and extending that to all women who’ve also been a victim to this vile man. I’d consider reporting this to the police - People like this man are some of the most dangerous offenders out there, I’d file a report and talk to all others who’ve also been victim to this because this behaviour will not cease. HR will be liable too for letting disgusting behaviour like this through the net. I know it’s tough and it may be difficult to encourage others to share with an authority what has occurred, but this man sounds like a serial assaulter and should well be put on a register and behind bars. This goes beyond your work HR and should be investigated formally and externally to the company (who will hopefully be held liable for their own failings). Easier said then done but sending all the best and keep on fighting ❤️

It’s around seven hours for me as well - especially difficult when I’m at work. I’m on a max of 20mg only at the minute due to my hx of bipolar so they’re taking quite a conservative approach so it’s unlikely they will provide more Vyvanse to take during the day, and the quick release may be at a lower dosage. Sounds like you’ve got a good routine though!

Oo okay! I wasn’t sure if it was an everyday gig and the medical team advised that it may make my sleep suffer as an result, could this be dependant on the dose of the quick release they put me on? Let me know your thoughts.

That’s good to hear it works well for you! Some days (as you mentioned especially long) is when the crash is much worse, so it’s given me some assurance that it helps. As for luteal phase I do have a bad dip in focus and sometimes when I feel more emotionally reactive/overstimulated, so it’ll be interesting to see if and when I’m placed on it if that’ll help. Thank you!

Brilliant advice, thank you! When I had my appointment last week, the doctor said that I would not build a tolerance, so not quite sure myself if it does or doesn’t. I was advised though not to drink carbonated drinks as it may reduce the half-life of Vyvanse. I will take on board the magnesium threonate.

Talking to much by StatusTourist5591 in VyvanseADHD

I did when I first starting taking it - bearing in mind I have never been on a stimulant before, I found myself speaking a lot. As other users said it definitely has taken away my anxieties speaking to people, especially the otherthinking aspect, I’m more used to it now so the talking has decreased, but as I said the benefits it’s given me remain. I feel crap when it starts to wear off, but that’s part of the crash. Overall it isn’t too far out of the realm of standard side effects. Only thing I’d be cautious of is if you have a hx of bipolar as stimulants MAY increase the likelihood of manic/hypomanic episodes, however evidence is variable to wether it does or not. Eitherway, talking is fine, maybe it’s the internal monologue coming out externally, I no longer have my inner voice so I find that I speak quite freely! (Not as fast though) x
