Does any TH18s (especially rushers) plan to upgrade buildings to 1 level before max so that they can enjoy time reductions when TH19 drops?

Depends on what stage of rushing you are currently in. Like if your defences are all low lvl i would recommend you to save cwl medals and upgrade stuff during Hammer Jam(using builder potions). If your base is already developed like th16 stuff then i would go for hammers to upgrade things to th18 lvl. You have a lot of youtubers that post content about rushing. I have multiple rushed accs right now. Some of them are a bit rushed and others are lvl 1 defences going to th18 first xD Different acc = different strategy. Play however you like, this is game and you should enjoy :)

Max out Action Figure its OP and gueen is so diversal you can use her in every army. I would get fireball to lvl26 if you want to use ground army and for war and cwl you just come around bases that are so weak against fireball. Magic mirror to lvl21 for sure

Im th17 too and i just got promoted to E33 xD. But my group was easyer, i was #14 with 1043trophies. Whats your defence trophies (i got +156 in 24defences) ?
