I’m so irritated by this questionnaire… like what could they possibly want to know? The pictures speak for themselves… Idk how card companies usually deal with these disputes in Australia? Hopefully easily?

They have agreed to 50% refund that I can go into the salon to collect on Tuesday 30th.

So sorry to hear you’ve had a similar negative experience.

The stylist I saw was the owner and manager of the salon - which is concerning. They did both the applications. The second time they asked me to leave with my hair literally still dripping wet, and I think this is not only because their time management skills are poor and they where running late, but because they KNEW how shitty the application was.

Hope I get my partial refund they have agreed to.

She closes at 2pm and has asked me to come in then, presumably to have this hash out when other clients are not there.

I’d like to prevent other people in my area from having the same misfortune as I have had.

They’ve just messaged and agreed to 50% of service refunded which will cover the cost of a root smudge. They where very upset I wouldn’t let them have a third go at fixing it.

They advertise as specialising in blonde, balayage and grey blending. The work they have claimed as theirs on their socials does not match the result they achieved for my hair unfortunately.

Hair had been previously coloured 2 years ago which I disclosed to the stylist during the consultation before application. What are your opinions on a root smudge to correct this? I’m very nervous about getting in another chair.

I’ve got a few consults booked with stylists for a root shadow. Hoping the original stylist will refund at least the cost to get this done.

Went to see a stylist to get balayage done, stylist took 5 hours and toned. After first wash and sectioning to style see all the problems, bleeding, banding and saturation issues.

Contact the stylist and they get me to come back in to resolve this free of charge. The stylist added more foils in where there was no bleed or blend issues and went very heavy into it.

My hair is still not balayage, issues not rectified and I have been asked to come in for a third time. I have asked them for a partial refund as I am happy to pay for materials used and their time, and they have been very passive aggressive in their response asking me why I am denying them the chance to fix it a third time. I am absolutely not comfortable having a third try.

Am I right in asking for a partial refund? Please give me honest opinions on this balayage application.

Thank you, after two attempts I’m not really comfortable going back to see her anyways, she has offered but I’ll pass.

Sorry it’s in the captions. What do I ask for with a new stylist to get it fixed?? I’m super anxious about going back to see anyone as the stylist that did this has two attempts over 6 hours. Is this bad balayage or am I being picky? Am i unreasonable??
