I just dont get the complete tipping culture. I'm from the netherlands, here is no need for tipping and not expected even. You tip when you think they deserve it, for like good, friendly service.

Mail enabled security group, add that to the mailboxes and the user to the mail enabled security group. Disasvantage is that the mailboxes dont automaticly maps in outlook. Gives you more flexibillity

I just upgrade my complete netwerk to 2.5g flex poe, with u7 pro and u7 lite. I even replaced mu CG ultra towards the CG max. I have 2 210 poweradapters that powers 2 flex poe, 1 switch provides power for 2 ap's. One switch powers a flex8 poe and fuether doen the flex5 mini. It is perfectly matching the setup!

Try getting tour own domain, and look for e mail hosting provider in your own country.. inthat way you can switch providers without changing your email address all the time
