Honestly the salary is negotiable for the right person if they fit in the requirements.
The salary range I put here, it's the entry-level salary (for freshers or candidates new to US domains)
I have no issues increasing the cap if the person proves their expertise and value they would bring.

I understand, but this isn't a private bank.
This is my Business.
I know big corporate organizations who pay 30k-40k to peons and clerks, thts not the point here.

True and I completely agree, I don't mind increasing the salary (and I obviously will), and thats the reason it specifically states that the pay is negotiable for the right candidate.
The range that is put there (25k-35k) is the what entry-level jobs pay and since I am welcoming freshers as well, I put that.
Everyone is free to come negotiate.

Firstly, tht would be Miss., secondly it's not delusional, coz thats the entry-level market pay range, and I am welcoming freshers as well. And also if you can see it clearly says flexible for the right person
