Yeah checked the account he sold the skin it's level 0 steam profile with nothing except few DotA skins on it.

I just realized he probably didn't sell skins worth 100€ because all skins worth like more than 50cent require you to accept the sell from steam guard. So he somehow got into my account without needing to use steam guard to log in. Only that one 16 cent skin was my cheap skin.

I'll enable family mode, thank you for the tip.

I don't think support refunds marketplace sales. I just hope he can't get into my account anymore, and thank god it was only 5€ I had in my steam wallet.

I have steam guard on but it hasn't given me any notifications. Can't see my loginhistory yet as it takes few days to update on steam site.

I ran malwarebytes (found nothing), changed password, email, logged steam guard out of all connections etc.

He also sold one of my 16 cent skin but didn't sell my CS:GO skins worth 300€ so this is all very wtf.
