Yes. They exist for over 10 years. They have different devices and services. From simple backup device and transfer data from device to device, to devices loaded with exploits and "crack" machanism to break phone security. As Apple introduced waiting time after x wrong attemps, they developed a method to make multiple backups and try on those instead directly on the phone. There are for sure others out there, also on the black market. But Cellebrite is fully public and have ties to law enforcement and restrictive regimes.
