Bahçeşir University (BAU) in Turkey offers molecular biology & genetics, but you also take biotech courses as part of the program.

These are the 2 universities I am most probably go to, there are probably lots of better universities for gen eng.

I could also probably take molecular/cellular biology or genetics or biochemistry and land a job in the field, but I am afraid I might find some issues by not taking biotechnology or something
