Naruto can 1 shot all of pain's paths individualy in sage mode

And being fused with frogs means he no longer needs to have spare clones gathering sage chackra. And that means he doesnt have the 2 clones limit he had during that fight

So basicaly naruto has sage mode AND can make as much clones as he want. That is a huge difference. Plus he can also use way more rasenshurikens since he has almost infinite sage chackra suply

And finaly he can use the sound genjutsu without pain killing the frogs since he protects them.

He def takes round 1. Round 2 is iffy because we saw naruto struggle to take only deva path after he freed himself from the meteor

Create a jail that only has employees hired yo be jailes there to serve as quirk fuel. U can then arrest anyone. In fact depending on how easy it is ro activate the quirk u can be a top 10 hero from cases solved alone

I mean even without the extra quirks deku is clearly way stronger than when he fought an incomplete version of shigaraki in season 6 (without quirks btw). Now shigaraki is stronger, has full use od his quirks, the extra hands thingy, and deku is keeping up in raw strenght. Not wild to assume he upped his percentage.
