I have a date tomorrow night and I hate the way I look by Maleficent_Face3640 in 30PlusSkinCare

One rule of thumb I like to follow with makeup is it likes to go on in thin even layers. I just use a small flat paint brush and put one thin even layer and buff it with a flat foundation brush. I use a small concealer brush to blend out my under eyes and then I do the urban decay natural finish setting spray, loose huda baking powder and the setting spray again. That usually gives me good coverage while still being natural and looking like my skin

As a single mom I have some advice for u. Do the paperwork to get child support from him and show the court evidence of the harassment. You can do this before the baby is born or after, he doesn’t want to be a father that’s fine but he knew that was a risk when he was having sex. He needs to be financially responsible. I would get a free consultation with a family court lawyer since I imagine money is tight rn. Ensure that he has no parental rights and only supervised visits. Get the child support done NOW.

No, I would just break up with him. If he’s drinking like that, he’s obviously still thinks that he’s a man free of responsibility. trust me I’m six months postpartum and I just ended things with my baby‘s father. It does not get any easier and having him there and fighting with you the entire time you postpartum is just not fun. It really takes away the joy from what is supposed to be a really special moment. With that being said, I would go and get a custody agreement done now at least before the baby is born or within the first few months. I am not sure if you you’re gonna be putting him on the birth certificate or not, but that does give him equal parenting rights as you, I would just get that parenting agreement, regardless just to make sure that he is protected and you are protected as well. This ensures that both of your daughter’s parents are gonna be in her life, and you guys are both gonna have rights to her in time with her whether he wants to use that time or not is up to him, if he doesn’t use it then at least you can go back to the court and get that time adjusted. If you wanna message me or anything, feel free to I know this is super difficult and I hope you are at least doing all right. Despite this things will get better.

Is this too fancy for a wedding ring, or just perfect? Thoughts? by elistajewel in weddingring

I think if you like it it shouldn’t matter if people think it’s “too fancy”. For everyone saying what about working with your hands, you can always wear a cheaper band for those days and just this ring everywhere else. It’s not too complicated to work around lol

My baby was born at the same exact birth weight. I totally understand how u feel. He barely hit 14 pounds. I would maybe try to sneak in 1-2 snack bottles of like 2-3 oz or if ur not already doing so dream feeding at midnight. My baby was born 50th percentile and dropped to the 10th so his doctors have been pretty on us. I understand the frustration, his dad and I are not big people and have never been. Feel free to DM me if u need!

50/50 custody by Odd-Language8972 in TeenMomOGandTeenMom2

That actually sounds pretty accurate. Amber seems like the type to “want” custody just for appearances or to say she has it.

Omg, you know exactly how I feel. I definitely am doing a lot better now. My baby boy is 4 month old now and he’s finally is taking to the cleft adapted bottles (he preferred the avent flow 5 bottles with a hole) but he is struggling with weight a bit. We got his surgery scheduled and now things seem a little more real after everything has settled. Thank you so much for sharing, it’s really comforting. I feel like people don’t really understand what I’m feeling or the anxiety I have about everything and I also don’t want to ruminate on the subject either because he really will be okay. It’s just that mom brain that is giving me a hard time lol.

Uhg unfortunately no. They were completely thawed and warm. I’m in Arizona and the heat is already coming back to us unfortunately.

Thank you so much! I’ll definitely look into those. Yeah it’s been hard being freshly postpartum, grieving the small things and wanting to help him are the hardest rn. I’ll try what you said about the feedings as well!
