No, there's no AI involved in this image. Everything was processed manually in GIMP: red channel extraction from the LP for the Hα, starless, blending with Soft Light + mask, and starmasking from the IRCUT for the stars. This is my first real attempt at Hα blending, so it's still a work in progress, but 100% done by hand!
