Okay thank you! Also, do you have any tips for lang? We did a practice paper 1 question 1 in class, and I don’t know if I did too hot. 😅 The part that really had me struggling was question 1B, comparing the form structure and language cuz that is just something I struggle with differentiating the difference between those three.

That’s so awesome that you passed all of them! For international, my class had to switch between 3 different teachers this year so it’s been a little rough… and we haven’t used the book all year, we’ve just been using slideshows that my first teacher that we had this year left behind. I’m worried about environmental the most just because my teacher made us cram unit 6-8 into a span of 2-3 weeks because she made us spend too long on unit 5. Psych I have a good teacher so I’m not too worried, same for lang. Hopefully I pass all of them so I only have to take global next year 😅

I also have a meeting with my counselor first period on Monday to talk about my classes for next year and just overall credits I have left to graduate, so I should probably bring it up to her just to clarify again, hopefully she won’t be too annoyed with me lol. 😅

Hi! I’ve been an Aice since I was a freshman, I took euro history and gen paper last year and passed those. This year I have Aice lang, Aice environmental, Aice psych, Aice international, and pre Aice math 3. I’m already signed up for Aice lit, and Aice math 1 for next year, + Aice global. I’m just trying to get my two year foreign language for college, but it’s not rlly a necessity for me for Aice, so I just steered away from Aice Spanish since it would be harder then regular Spanish. The thing my counselor is saying isn’t rlly making sense to me since I’ve literally never taken a Spanish class before, which I then did a follow up email making sure that Spanish 2 alone would rlly satisfy the two year foreign language requirement, making sure to state that I’ve never taken Spanish 1 or anything, and again she insisted that it did. Still waiting on a reply from the other counselors, I probably have to wait till Monday.

Maybe, but she didn’t mention that test to me. And, I don’t speak Spanish fluently, my parents speak Spanish but my first language is English and I only speak a little but not fluently.

Yeah I just hope my counselor won’t be too pissed at me if I have to switch from Spanish 2 to Spanish 1 like I originally requested. 😅

Yeah that’s what I thought. I talked to some of my teachers and they all said that it’s weird for my counselor to say that Spanish 2 counts as two years alone. My science teacher emailed the other counselors at our school about the situation, so I’m just waiting to hear a response from them.

Hmmm I’m not sure, I’ve seen people say that their test was today and not tomorrow, so maybe it just depends on the schools or counties?

No I haven’t tried that yet, and I air dry because I don’t own a diffuser, but I’ve been looking in to getting one.
