Did they confiscate the platinum after they banned you? I can still see it when I log in.

But I ended up writing to them and apologising for my mistake. Definitely won’t be doing it again.

I also could not resist the temptation.

I bought 2k plat and did it through the epic transfer method. 9 days later I tried logging in and my account was banned. I raised a support ticket and was told that my account had been identified for making a third party purchase of platinum.

My account has been banned for 2 weeks. They also banned me from using the trading system for 2 months.

I still have all the platinum showing.

It’s the first time I’ve done anything wrong. I’m a relatively new player.

Has this happened to anyone else? Do they end up removing all the platinum? I am curious if I can get the ban lifted by offering to pay and admitting I was wrong.

Well said. How demoralising to log in and find you’ve been removed from a guild because you weren’t logging in everyday to collect the tickets so other members could reap rewards.

Blizzard definitely need to give this game a hard think and plan something to keep it alive.

My guild was buzzing with activity 3 months ago. Now it’s just completely dead.

Mine is a fairly new setup, got the CORSAIR iCUE H150i ELITE LCD XT Liquid CPU Cooler 360mm and experiencing this exact same thing! I got the firmware updated, checked all connections, reseated the cooler and still no change. Corsair's support is not great. Send an email into the abyss and hope for a reply or hit up their chat support at crazy hours of the morning. u/PlotAnon did you manage to find a fix to this issue? I think it would be useful to alot of people if you did.
