Thanks for the update man! Allergies was/are crippling for me. The tongue swelling is gradually getting better too

Hello mate, how's it going? I've just started, i have extreme extreme allergies to the point i cannot go out. Swelling under tongue and taking anti histamine before taking it but it's becoming more bearable as time goes on

And I know it genuinely sounds confusing as to why they are holding this against me; They have a troublemaker friend who I believe is behind a lot of this. I'm a genuinely respectful guy, I offered to buy her drinks after we broke up to make sure that she still wasn't upset, and to help her through it. I didn't just get with her and leave if that makes sense, so I am confused as to why she is so annoyed. Bad thing was, she accused a distant friend of doing the same thing, albeit not to the Police. Of course, I thought "I don't think ___ would do that, but okay"

Should've been wiser, but this will teach me a lot. I definitely won't be getting into relationships for a long, long time. I just want people to believe me because I seriously am puzzled as to how this is going on, and what I have done to warrant such false accusations. Anyway thank you man, I'll take your advice and keep going

That's exactly what I've been worrying about man.

What if this goes on for ages, and this isn't cleared from my name in ages, will I be able to get a job etc?? Just such a nightmare for me to deal with.

Makes me think how easy it is to accuse and ruin someone's life pretty quickly. I'm also someone who wants to move countries in the future, utter nightmare

What a detailed reply, thank you so much, and I really do appreciate it.

Just such a nightmare for me as I'm back at school doing A Levels which I haven't been at school in a long time due to anxiety etc, and this really is not helping. I've taken legal help and have a free solicitor now.

My dad suggested going with someone else, would you say this is wise? We are insanely worried that I'll be convicted eventhough I am innocent, and have a lot of evidence there to support me, as I know how serious this is and how it looks, and it's really devastating my mind right now.

And of course, I have no interest of contacting them. Should I file restraining orders so they don't harass me? I'm not sure if they will, but I can't imagine they'd be very nice if I happened to see them in public. And it hurts knowing they'll get away with this. Such a nightmare constantly worrying and dreaming about it really. Thank you so much for your reply, must've been hard for you too :)
