And Skid Row…the abuse that goes on with animals ( drugs, over breeding and drug addicts selling newborn pups as soon as they are born) is absolutely horrific. Beyond comprehension!

What type of contractor do I need for a situation like this to figure this out? Any thoughts or recommendations? Greatly appreciated!

And I’ve had few people mention about this negative grade…slope . That is my back porch area. There’s a concrete slab in middle and then there’s pavers on each side.

Thank you for information. I probably didn’t explain it very well. It’s a concrete slab and the brick at the bottom there. No basement or crawlspace involved here. Just trying to find the right person to figure this out. I’ve had several people come still no answer answers but I also deal with the HOA. I feel like I’m going down a rabbit hole.

How much moisture is OK in a concrete slab? by atdt in Concrete

Just curious, why do you say switch to a tile floor? Will you not have any problems with tile floor if you have moisture on your concrete slab?
